During the 16 months that the process of creating and manufacturing oursustainable shoes lasted, we tested different recycled materials that met the quality we were looking for. In addition, fit tests were carried out, which helped us to discard materials and to opt for others that offered more comfort.
To develop our first capsule collection, we choose for recycled materials made from recycled plastic bottles, which we combined with a recycled eva and coffee sole. In our saw style sole you can see the coffee specks of organic material that have been included to reduce the percentage of rubber used.
The insoles of our sustainable slippers are removable, and are made from the remains of mattresses, pillows and industrial waste, and covered with a vegan antibacterial fabric that guarantees the protection of our feet against fungi and bacteria.
Thesustainable laüd recycled trainers have very careful details, such as the ribbons that we have used, which are made of recycled cotton. In addition, the ribbon that we have used in the part of the heel, are the remains of the samples with which we were working during the process of creation, for that reason, in some slippers you will be able to appreciate that they take hidden some design.
